PETALING JAYA: Four years ago, no one gave Marcus Ellis and his partner Chris Langridge a ghost of a chance of leaving the Rio de Janeiro Olympics with a medal.

But they defied the odds to clinch bronze and become the first English pair to accomplish the feat in the men’s doubles competition at the Games.
