KUALA LUMPUR: Teenager discus thrower Mohd Irfan Shamsuddin is in the right frame of mind to win a medal in the Myanmar SEA Games.

The burly 18-year-old from Seremban has been improving steadily this year and broke his own national discus record for the third time in five months on Sunday.
