PRIVATE candidates are no longer able to register for the SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) July or November sessions this year due to the limited availability of examination centres.
In a country where absenteeism in SPM has become a matter of national concern, it is deeply troubling that willing candidates are now being denied the opportunity to sit for the exam due to logistical constraints.
