THE recent Cabinet reshuffle was a great opportunity for the government to show the public that it is listening to the rumblings on the ground and is prepared to initiate reforms that are urgently required.
My focus is on the Health Ministry where there are many unresolved issues, including rising healthcare costs, increased insurance premiums, congestion in government hospitals and the working conditions of public medical professionals.
