Combine fair policies with better support for doctors

I WISH to express my concern regarding the growing trend of locally-trained doctors choosing to serve abroad, rather than in their own country.

Many of these doctors have benefited from heavily subsidised education at our public universities, supported by taxpayers. It is therefore disheartening to see their lack of commitment to serving the nation.
