Passport ranking is strong, but it can still be improved

I WOULD like to congratulate Malaysia for its achievement in having the world’s 11th most powerful passport, as rated by the Henley Passport Index for Q3 2023. This is an improvement as the Malaysian passport has moved up two ranks compared to 2022.

However, considering that it once ranked on the top 10 of the world’s most powerful passports, there is still much room for improvement. According to the Henley Passport Index, Malaysians still require visas to travel to 46 destinations.
