Multifaceted nature of success

I DID not get straight As in my SPM 30-odd years ago. But I think I am okay. In fact, by many standards, including Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, I am doing more than okay.

So, as I watched the recent celebration of students who achieved straight As in SPM 2022, I couldn’t help but feel disheartened that these young individuals were being judged based solely on their academic achievements.
