THE Academy of Medicine of Malaysia (AMM) commends the intervention initiated by Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin to curb bullying, harassment and toxic work culture in the public healthcare sector.

The formation of the Healthcare Work Culture Improvement Task Force (HWCITF) led by the former secretary-general of the Science, Technology and Innovation Ministry Prof Siti Hamisah Tapsir was definitely welcome news.
