Shops at KLIA create bottlenecks

I REFER to the letter “Bazaar at KLIA coincides with year-end sale” (The Star, Dec 29). The airport authority still doesn’t get it.

In the case of the annual bazaar the Malaysia Airports officer is describing, she has neglected to mention the usual array of market-style shops which are inconveniently located just past the arrival/departure gates on a permanent basis.
