Show respect for every occupation

TOO often in our community and elsewhere, people are judged, dismissed or treated as less worthy because of the work they do.

This habit of ranking occupations by perceived prestige ignores the dignity of labour, the common good each job serves, and the complex reasons people hold particular jobs.
