Rapid KL confirmed that the incident occurred at 6.36pm on Wednesday at Hang Tuah station on the Ampang/Sri Petaling Light Rail Transit (LRT) line.

The male passenger is believed to have fainted before losing his balance and falling onto the tracks.

Auxiliary police officers on duty at the station responded immediately, providing initial assistance to the passenger.

"For those who are feeling unwell, dizzy or uncomfortable while at the station, they are advised to seek immediate assistance from station staff or auxiliary police officers on duty," the statement added.
