Recently, an advertisement was seen on social media promoting a "Malaysia skills diploma interview" supposedly a programme under the human resource ministry.

Is the claim legitimate?

In a social media post, the Human Resources Ministry stated that the advertisement was fake.

"We would like to affirm that the 'Malaysia skills diploma interview – limited quota' advertisement is fake and was not issued by the ministry, its skills development department or any agency under it," read the post.

The ministry also urged the public to be cautious and sceptical of such advertisements and advised people not to share them with others.
