A SHOCKING five-minute 21-second video went viral on Facebook on Friday (Dec 26) showing what appeared to be a violent brawl involving multiple women at the Melor public market in Kota Baru.
The footage captured a chaotic scene as the women fought in the public market, drawing attention from onlookers and sparking widespread discussion online about what could have triggered such a violent confrontation in broad daylight.

Police detained five men and seven women believed to be involved in a rioting case at the Melor public market in Kota Baru on Thursday (Dec 25).
All of them, aged between their 20s and late 50s, were detained to assist in investigations.
Kota Baru District Police Chief Assistant Commissioner Mohd Rosdi Daud said the arrests were made following a police report received from a 19-year-old woman who claimed she had been assaulted by another woman in her 20s.
According to him, the incident occurred at approximately 2.30pm and also involved family members of both the complainant and the suspect.
"The cause of the incident is still under investigation and the fight was broken up by members of the public who were at the location," he said in a statement on Friday (Dec 26).
Mohd Rosdi said as a result of the incident, the complainant suffered injuries all over her body.
He said the case is being investigated under Section 147 of the Penal Code for rioting in a public place.
He added that all suspects will be brought to the Kota Baru Magistrate's Court for remand application for further investigation.
