North Seberang Prai police received a report from a woman about a scuffle that took place at a parking lot near a hypermarket in Kepala Batas on July 29.

"Investigations showed that the incident was due to a dispute between two women over the parking space," said the police in a statement on Friday (Aug 2).

Another report was made by a local woman on the incident on July 30 at the same police station.

Police said the case was classified under Section 160 of the Penal Code, Section 14 of the Small Offences Act of 1955 for indecent behaviour in public, and Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
