A VIDEO of a large group of men fighting with each other next to a busy street has been circulating on WhatsApp.
Is this video recent, and did it really happen in Perak?

The incident shown in the video is believed to have happened on Sunday (Feb 5) night outside a building on Jalan Sultan Idris Shah in Ipoh, said Ipoh OCPD Asst Comm Yahaya Hassan.
"We are in the process of identifying the individuals to assist us in our investigation," he said in a statement posted on the Ipoh district police headquarters Facebook page.
"We urge anyone with information regarding the case to step forward and contact us," he said, adding that he advised the public not to speculate as it may hamper the investigation.
The police first became aware of the incident when the 23-second video went viral on Feb 7.
