Can fans now own a piece of the football pitch from Manchester United Football Club's iconic Old Trafford Stadium?

Manchester United is selling preserved sections of the Old Trafford pitch as memorabilia for £125 (RM675).
The club said supporters can buy the pieces of turf after the pitch was completely dug up and stripped back to its foundation in June.
The turf came from the previous pitch, which was removed during the redevelopment work before the new surface was grown.
"As part of the process, sections of the pitch were carefully preserved and, later, placed into glass cubes to create a special memento for Reds.
"Now, supporters can own a piece of the pitch," United said in a statement on their website on Sept 23.
The work marked the first time in 14 years that the Old Trafford surface had undergone such a major overhaul.
According to the club, the project was carried out to improve player welfare and water drainage.
Old Trafford has been Manchester United's home since 1910. — Reuters
