IN 2011, self-published US romance novelist Nancy Crampton-Brophy apparently wrote a blog post titled "How to murder your husband" which touched on various methods of murder, as well as their pros and cons.
In 2020, she was charged with murdering her husband Daniel Brophy, who was found dead from a gunshot wound at his workplace, the Oregon Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon in 2018.
