True or Not: 1Utama debunks viral message of Delta Covid-19 variant case on premises


PETALING JAYA: The 1Utama Shopping Centre management denies that there has been any case of the Delta Covid-19 variant among its employees and visitors to date.

The management stressed that any viral messages being circulated on the matter are not true and "fake news".

"We wish to state that this is fake news and that there is no Delta variant case reported at 1 Utama to date verified officially by the Health Ministry and District Health Office.

"Please do not circulate unverified messages and rumours creating unnecessary panic during this challenging time," it said in a Facebook post Wednesday (July 7).
