HONG KONG: China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) government will propose to allocate around HK$28bil (US$3.6bil) for the fight against the COVID-19 epidemic, HKSAR Chief Executive Carrie Lam said on Tuesday (Feb 18).
The fund earlier announced would be no less than HK$25bil (US%3.22bil).
