Covid-19: China tests vaccines on animals

BEIJING: China is entering the "most critical time” in its fight to contain the spreading Covid-19 (coronavirus), a government official said on Saturday (Feb 15), as deaths in the country exceeded 1,500.

There were 2,641 new confirmed infections, the National Health Commission said in a statement Saturday, bringing the total to almost 66,500.
