PHNOM PENH, Feb 10, Phnom Penh Post/ANN -- The Council of Ministers of Cambodia has approved two coal-fired power plant projects and a transmission line worth nearly $1.7 billion, a plenary meeting of the Council of Ministers heard on Friday.

The project is in line with the government master plan for the development of additional power sources between 2020 and 2030, the council said in a press release issued on Friday.
