JAKARTA: Indonesian President Joko Widodo is expected to win a second term in the April 17 presidential election as he leads against rival Prabowo Subianto, according to the latest Roy Morgan opinion poll.
Widodo, popularly known as Jokowi, had the support of 58% of Indonesians, up five percentage points from the 2014 election, while backing for Subianto was down five points to 42%, according to a survey of 1,039 electors in January, which was published on Friday.
