NORTH Korean leader Kim Jong-un shocked the world when he declared that he will suspend nuclear and missile tests from Saturday and shut down six test sites.
The announcement came just six days before Kim is set to meet South Korean President Moon Jae-in, a precursor to a historic summit between Kim and US President Donald Trump set for May or June. Both Moon and Trump have been saying that North Korea is willing to “denuclearise”.
