Deputy Speaker raps MPs for chatting during ministerial reply

KUALA LUMPUR: Deputy Dewan Rakyat Speaker Datuk Ramli Mohd Nor has reprimanded several MPs for chatting during Parliament proceedings on Thursday (Oct 15).

Ramli, who was presiding at the time, halted proceedings as Investment, Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Johari Abdul was responding to Rodziah Ismail (PH-Ampang) during Question Time.

"Do both of you want to share what you are talking about with the rest of the House?" he said, addressing the MPs who were talking during the reply.
