PETALING JAYA: Hotter days and longer dry spells could arrive earlier than usual as El Nino strengthens.
The weather phenomenon has an 81% chance of reaching “strong” to “extremely strong” levels from October, according to the Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia).
