IPOH: Two secondary schoolgirls were killed while another was seriously injured after their motorcycle was involved in an accident with a car at Taman Perpaduan Ria, Tambun.
Perak Fire and Rescue Department assistant operations director Sabarodzi Nor Ahmad said two of the victims were pronounced dead at the scene by Health Ministry personnel following the 7.20am Friday (Oct 2) incident.
"Emergency personnel provided initial treatment to the injured victim, who was semi-conscious, by putting on a cervical collar before sending her to the hospital.
"The bodies of the deceased were handed over to the police for further action," he said in a statement.
