ACTRESS Scha Alyahya believes a career in the entertainment industry is not as glamorous as many people believe, Berita Harian reported.
Referring to her latest film, Kata Hati, Scha, whose real name is Sharifah Nor Azean Syed Mahadzir Al-Yahya said the story highlights how society tends to judge celebrities based on appearances without understanding the realities of their lives.
“Much of the hardship comes from behind-the-scenes challenges and public perceptions that can affect our families. This is the part that’s truly difficult to face,” she said at the screening of 5 Bomoh on Wednesday.

Coming from a low-income family, Nor A’in said she struggled to pay her exam fee while studying at SMK Kuala Ketil, Kedah.
“I told him I wanted to pawn some jewellery to pay the fees, but Mr Koay did not allow me to do that and said he would help,” she said.
She said with Mr Koay’s assistance, another teacher later handed her the money needed to settle the fees.
