SHAH ALAM: Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) strongly denies claims that the party will return to cooperate with the Madani government led by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
Bersatu secretary-general Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali also dismissed as slander claims that there had been meetings and discussions between the party’s leadership and Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) with the aim of forging cooperation with Pakatan Harapan (PH).
Mohamed Azmin stressed, in a statement Friday (May 29) that Bersatu is determined to remain firmly within Perikatan Nasional and defend the political consensus within it to build a strong, dignified and progressive Malaysia for all Malaysians.
