KUALA LUMPUR: The remains of Nur Izzati Humaira Azizul, the teenage girl who died after going missing while hiking Bukit Changkat Asa in Hulu Bernam, Hulu Selangor, has been taken to Sungai Buloh Hospital for a post-mortem.

Hulu Selangor district police chief ACP Ibrahim Husin said the victim's body was found by the search and rescue team approximately 1km from the incident command post (PKTK) at 11.58am on Tuesday (May 26), after the search operation entered its fourth day.

He said the victim's body was successfully brought out from the location at 1.08pm.

"The investigation has been classified as a sudden death after previously being opened as a missing persons case," he said in a statement here on Tuesday.
