PUTRAJAYA: Datuk Seri Rafizi Ramli has returned to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to voluntarily submit additional evidence on the ongoing probe related to the RM1.1bil investment with UK-based Arm Holdings plc.
The former economy minister arrived at 9.50am Thursday (May 14) and told the media there that he would submit statements related to the new evidence.
Among the documents are previous media reports on the agreement, he said.
He also said that other witnesses who can help with the investigation have yet to be called in.

"There is a lot more evidence that I feel the MACC should take into consideration before making a decision on how to complete the investigation.
"That is why this new evidence was brought. It also comes from the media and this agreement with Arm was not done behind closed doors like 1MDB.
"It was widely reported," he said.
Commenting on remarks by former MACC chief commissioner Tan Sri Azam Baki, he said that the commission must not be influenced by personal feelings.

“During his farewell speech (he reportedly said) that he would not forgive his critics and those who attacked him.
"Actually, this is a statement that can affect the MACC as enforcement agencies cannot be influenced by personal feelings.
"They must be free and immune to criticism, and guided by evidence and the law alone," he said.
