Man attacks ex-wife, daughter after fight over alimony


GOMBAK: A man allegedly attacked his ex-wife and daughter after a fight over alimony money.

In a statement Monday (Dec 29), Gombak deputy OCPD Supt Abang Kaderi Abang Wasli said the incident occurred on Sunday (Dec 28) at a home in Taman Scientex Kundang Jaya, here.

"The attack occurred after a disagreement over alimony from the 34-year-old suspect after he had sent his seven-year-old daughter home.

"During the incident, the suspect acted aggressively toward the victim and had also pushed his daughter to the ground, leading to injuries to the knee.

"The matter is still under investigation," he said.
