SANDAKAN: Campaigning is surging into high gear this super weekend as the Sabah state election hits its crucial midpoint, with Barisan Nasional leaders rallying support for candidates across key constituencies.

Among them was MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong, who flew here to campaign for Karamunting candidate Datuk Chin Kim Hiung.
