Thunderstorm, strong wind warning issued for Pahang, Selangor and Sabah until 4pm today

PETALING JAYA: Thunderstorms, heavy rain and strong winds have been forecast for most parts of Malaysia, including Perak and Sabah.

In an advisory issued by the Malaysian Meteorological Department at 12.15pm on Friday (Nov 21), thunderstorms are expected over the entire state of Selangor as well as the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.

Also affected are Perak (Kinta and Kampar), Pahang (Cameron Highlands, Bentong and Pekan) and Negri Sembilan (Jelebu, Kuala Pilah, Jempol and Tampin).

Also seeing rains are Sabah: Interior (Nabawan) and Tawau.

The advisory is until 4pm today.
