Anwar discusses policies, transparency in media session on Johannesburg flight

JOHANNESBURG: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim held a session with the media following him on his African tour for an exchange of views.

In his social media post, the Prime Minister said he also responded to questions from reporters over various issues during the five-hour flight from Addis Ababa to Johannesburg.

“Meeting the media gives the opportunity to share the way forward, explain policies and reaffirm the government’s commitment to diplomacy that is based on transparency, maturity and the people,” he said.

The Prime Minister is in his second-leg of his visit to three African nations, where he will be in South Africa for the G20 Summit and other engagements.
