Kelantan Customs records 29 drug seizures total worth over RM22mil


KOTA BHARU: The Kelantan Customs Department’s aggressive efforts to curb smuggling activities continue to pay off, with 29 drug seizure cases worth RM22.87mil recorded from January to October this year.

Its director, Wan Jamal Abdul Salam Wan Long, said the achievement is among the state customs' biggest successes in recent years, adding that the latest achievement came through operations targeting drug smuggling and undeclared vehicles in Balakong, Selangor and Kuala Lumpur.
