No more MC via video call, says MMC


KUALA LUMPUR: Medical sick certificates issued solely through virtual consultation (teleconsultation), even by registered medical practitioners, are not allowed, says the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).

The council said any sick certificates with any patient can only be issued by medical practitioners after a proper consultation is conducted.
