Corporal charged with cheating three policemen over transfer applications


KUALA LUMPUR: A police officer with the rank of corporal pleaded not guilty in the Magistrate's Court here on Tuesday (Oct 21) to three charges of defrauding three of his colleagues in relation to their transfer applications, 10 years ago.

Mohd Nazri Md Sir, 39, was charged with defrauding three police officers by deceiving them in their transfer applications, even though the accused did not work in the transfer section.
