Sabah polls: Time has come for the people to judge state govt's performance, says Warisan

KOTA KINABALU: It is time for Sabahans to judge the state government's record over the past term.

With the dissolution of the state assembly, Parti Warisan information chief Datuk Azis Jamman said the state government had completed its term and a new chapter will begin for Sabah politics.

"The dissolution of the Sabah State Assembly marks the beginning of another chapter for the people to decide their future.

"For us in Warisan, we've always believed that power belongs to the rakyat, not politicians.

"We will face this election with humility, confidence and the belief that Sabahans are ready for genuine change, not just promises," he said, adding that God willing, the winds of change would blow over Sabah.
