Anwar calls for Thailand-Cambodia issues to be resolved through JBC


KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has called for unresolved issues arising from the recent tensions between Thailand and Cambodia to be addressed through negotiations under the Joint Border Committee (JBC).

He said Malaysia believed that dialogue, diplomacy and mutual understanding among Asean partners remained the best way to resolve any form of dispute.
