SEREMBAN: The magistrate's court here has fixed Nov 19 to hear the outcome of a representation filed by a 17-year-old car driver facing three charges of causing the deaths of three young motorcyclists due to reckless driving.
Lawyer for the accused Johan Radzi said he was told by the prosecution that they had yet to receive a reply on the representation filed by his client when the case came up for mention today (Sept 10).
"Since the prosecution has yet to get a reply, we were told to come back on Nov 19," he said when met outside the court.
The accused had claimed trial when charged on April 22.
He was charged with committing the offence at the Taman Matahari junction along Jalan Persiaran Senawang 1 near here around 8.30pm on March 6.
