KUANTAN: Several main roads around Kuantan city will be closed in stages from Aug 27 to 29 to make way for preparations and rehearsals for the Pahang-level 68th National Day celebration.
Kuantan district police chief ACP Ashari Abu Samah said in a statement on Tuesday (Aug 26) that the roads involved are Jalan Mahkota, Jalan Besar, Jalan Merdeka, Jalan Taman, Jalan Bukit Ubi and Jalan Tanah Putih.
