Investigations into child molestation case involving a Bangladeshi worker still ongoing

KAJANG: Police state that investigations into a recently resurfaced child molestation case here are still ongoing and that claims to the contrary are untrue.

Kajang OCPD Asst Comm Naazron Abdul Yusof said a post by the alleged father of the victim claims that his son’s case has been deemed as "No Further Action."

“The case is still being investigated under Section 14 of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017. Follow-up actions are currently being undertaken to complete it," said ACP Naazron on Tuesday (Aug 12).
