PETALING JAYA: A three-day "Hari Bertemu Pelanggan" (Meet the Customer Day) will be organised by the Immigration Department in Putrajaya.
In a statement on Tuesday (July 14), the department said the event will be held at IOI City Mall from Thursday (July 16) to Saturday (July 18).
"Members of the public are invited to attend and obtain various immigration services directly, including passport renewal services available at the event venue," it said.
Other services including travel status and watchlist checks, expatriate services and foreign-worker-related matters will also be offered.
"The department invites members of the public to attend with their families and take advantage of this opportunity to obtain immigration services, receive information directly from officers and gain a closer understanding of the role and transformation of the Immigration Department," it said.
