GEORGE TOWN: The Governor of Penang, His Excellency Tun Ramli Ngah Talib (pic), has pledged his commitment to engaging directly with the people, in line with his role as a symbol of unity and a bridge between leaders and communities.

Although no longer active in frontline politics, Tun Ramli believes effective leadership continues to depend on a leader’s ability to understand the realities of people’s lives and to truly listen to their concerns.
