Asean Summit: 71 schools in S'gor, KL allowed to carry out online learning from May 26 to 28, says ministry

PETALING JAYA: A total of 71 schools in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur have been given permission to conduct home-based teaching and learning (PdPR) during the 46th Asean Summit that will take place from May 26 to 28, says the Education Ministry.

The ministry said the decision was made in line with the road closures and security measures that will be in place during the regional bloc's meet.

“This is to ensure that the learning process of students at the involved schools is not affected,” it said in a statement Saturday (May 17).

“Parents, guardians, students, teachers and school staff involved are advised to refer to the official channels of their respective schools to obtain further information on the implementation of PdPR,” it added.
