National Teachers Day to be held in Sarawak next month


TAIPING: The National Teachers' Day celebration, themed 'Teachers as Drivers of Education Reform,' will be held in Sarawak next month, emphasising the need for a better national education system.

Education Minister Fadhlina Sidek said that in addition to the six previously announced initiatives to empower teachers, the ministry is also concentrating on improvements at the most fundamental level - the classroom schooling system.
