SEREMBAN: A third victim has succumbed to injuries sustained when a car which was believed to have run a red light, crashed into his motorcycle.
Seremban police chief Asst Comm Mohamad Hatta Che Din said the 17-year-old died while receiving treatment at the Tuanku Ja'afar Hospital (TJH) here at 7.23pm on Monday (March 10).

"The deceased was riding one of the two motorcycles when the car crashed into them.
"His 13-year-old pillion rider is still admitted at the TJH," he said.

Also killed in the crash on Thursday (March 6) were the rider of the other bike, a 15-year old boy and his pillion rider, a 16-year-old boy.
The crash happened at a junction along Jalan Persiaran Senawang 1.

The 18-year-old car driver and his 17-year-old passenger, who both suffered serious injuries, have also been warded at the TJH.
A preliminary police probe revealed that the driver did not have a valid driver's license.

Police have urged eyewitnesses to contact Insp G. Sankar at 014-600 0353 or the nearest police station to assist in investigations.
The case is being investigated under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
