Boy rescued after getting stuck in water jar in Klang


KLANG: An eight-year-old boy found himself in a predicament when he became stuck in an earthen water jar while having a bath.

Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director (operations) Ahmad Mukhlis Mokhtar said the department received an emergency call at 7.30pm on Saturday (March evening.

The incident occurred at the boy's home at the Saujana Damai Apartment on Jalan Raya Barat here.

The boy was successfully extricated from the 'tempayan' (jar) and handed over to his parents.
