Japanese national dies in fall from Subang Jaya condo


SUBANG JAYA: A Japanese national has been found dead at a condominium here.

Subang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Wan Azlan Wan Mamat said police were notified of the discovery at 8.07am on Friday (Feb 28).

The police were told that the victim is believed to have fallen from the fourth floor of the building.

"Preliminary investigations on the body and at the scene showed no signs of injuries from foul play.

"The case is being investigated as sudden death and a post-mortem examination will be conducted.

"The deceased's family have been informed and the letter to release the body will be handed over to the victim's husband.

"Investigations showed that the victim was a full-time housewife and had been in Malaysia for around 14 years," he said.

He also urged those with mental health issues to seek help such as counselling.
