MELAKA: The Fire and Rescue Department took nearly 12 hours to extinguish a bushfire at Taman Muzaffar Heights, Ayer Keroh, which spread across 6.8ha.
Melaka operations commander Senior Fire Supt II Mohd Khairulnizam Mohamad Anuar said an emergency call was received at about 5.50pm on Thursday and 29 firefighters from four stations sped to the scene.
